Admissions

While Alexandria Friends School accepts students on a rolling basis throughout the year, to guarantee a place for your student next year (2010-11) a new student's completed application, deposit, and supporting documentation should be received by the school no later than April 1, 2010. There is a non-refundable application fee of $50. (Late or mid-year applicants will be considered as space permits - please contact us for availability*).

*We still have openings for 2009-10 in grades 9-11. We may accept seniors on a case-by-case basis. Students seeking immediate placement should contact the admissions office.

Tuition

2010-2011 school year tuition is still just $19,395, plus a student materials account of $500 (if there is money remaining in the account at the end of the school year it will be refunded). A non-refundable deposit of $800 will hold a place in the school and will be applied to the tuition payment (Seniors add $100 for graduation fees).

A $200 tuition discount is offered if the balances on tuition and student account are paid in full by June 30, 2010 (for the 2010-11 school year). Those enrolling during the school year may also qualify for a discount - please ask! Tuition is due in full by July 30, 2010, or you must enroll in the FACTS payment plan (payments begin in August 2010 and end in May, 2011).
